Koterka
18 August 2012 – daily trip to Koterka, which is a very small village close to the border with Bielarus. Just beyond the village there is a clearing in the woods where wooden orthodox church has been constructed in 1912. There is also a small cemetery, a well with fresh water which is supposed to be working miracles, few water ponds and a parking lot which normally is very empty.

The whole area is very quiet so if you want to get away from hectic city life then this is the place to go. The place gets really busy only few times a year during important orthodox holidays.
