Rare short term treasury bill of the German (3rd) Reich issued by Reichsschuldenverwaltung (Debt Management Office of the German Reich) in favor of Steiermarkische Sparkasse Head Office (Steiermark Savings Bank) in Graz (Austria) on 9 April 1945, due 19 May 1945. Unpaid as on the due date there was nobody to collect the money from 😉

Quite a lot of money at that time. Looks like some sort of liquidity management instrument, but the real purpose behind issuance of such bills is not clear to me.
