Government issues of Egypt are very seldom seen on the market because this country tended to repay all bonds on time, however some time ago I acquired an interesting lot of special treasury bills issued by the government to the Bank of Egypt as a cover for paper currency issued. Those were not intended for general circulation which makes them even more interesting.
