Along eastern frontier
Recently I had an opportunity to visit Zamość. The weather was excellent so on my way back I took a detour in order to see some countryside around the city, and went back home taking a route along current Polish frontier with Ukraine and Belarus. While staying all the time in Poland, during this trip I have crossed quite a few times the historic border separating Galicia (former province of Austro Hungarian Empire) from Kingdom of Poland (former province of Russian Empire). This border existed over 100 years, and over 100 years passed since it disappeared (de facto ~1915, de iure in 1918), however in some places one gets the impression that the border is still there.
